This hike is rated HARD!!! It’s approximately 7 miles with a 1991 elevation gain and hike is a loop. It will take approximately 5 hours to hike. It has many small waterfalls, streams and rivers. The terrain is challenging with many steep inclines and declines, twisted roots, slippery leaves, downed trees and rocks. 2 of the inclines are a mile long each.
Must have water, snacks, and good footwear due to the terrain. It’s suggested to have trekking poles. There are water sources along the way if you use a filter.
